These terms govern the use of the Internal Production Tool operated by Xellmedia LLP. The tool is a local application with a single user, the owner of the YouTube channels operated by Xellmedia LLP. It is not distributed, not commercially available, and not accessible to the public.
By using this tool, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The tool uses YouTube API Services, and all activity carried out through it is subject to those terms, to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and to the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool may be used only to publish videos to, and read statistics from, YouTube channels owned by the user. It may not be used to access, collect, or process data belonging to any third party, and it may not be made available to any other person.
The user is responsible for the content published through the tool and for its compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and all applicable law. Before each upload, the tool displays the video's title, description and privacy status, and allows the user to edit them.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: data is stored locally, nothing is sold or shared, and access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account security settings.
The tool is provided as is, for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Xellmedia LLP may modify or discontinue it at any time.
Access may be revoked at any time by the user, by Xellmedia LLP, or by Google or YouTube in accordance with their own terms. On revocation, locally stored authorization tokens are deleted.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
