A local application built and used by Xellmedia LLP — internal use, not distributed

This tool is a local application used by Xellmedia LLP to produce and publish videos on the YouTube channels it owns and operates. It is not distributed, not commercially available, and not accessible to the public: it runs on a single machine and has one user, the owner of the channels.

What it does with YouTube API Services

Publishing — uploads our own videos to our own channels. The title, description and privacy status are shown to the user and can be edited before each upload.
Analytics — reads performance statistics for our own channels.

Scope

The tool does not provide any service to third parties, does not process any data belonging to third-party users, and does not sell or redistribute any data obtained from YouTube API Services. It is separate from the advisory services offered by Xellmedia LLP, which do not use this tool and do not use YouTube API Services.
